Medium: Cardboard insert in spiral notebook, ballpoint pen

This is the kind of crap that I've been drawing when I'm supposed to be paying attention in class (trust me, I didn't miss anything). Most of this is crap, but there are some good facial expressions on the right side. There's a crappily drawn Mega Man on the left. Anyone's guess what the rest of it is.
